In this new age, (post pandemic), bringing the retreat to the comforts of your home is an option that may work for you. This is a great way to host your own retreat in your home, personal space, or a vacation rental.

The purpose of a hosted retreat is to gather a group of people invited by the host and organized by the yoga practitioner which takes place in the comfort of the hosts home or chosen location. The retreat can include, but not limited to: yoga classes, meditation sessions, a sound bath, journaling, an art activity, spa service (massage, reiki, facials personal sound session), healthy meals, and information on a wellness plan.

Host benefits: All classes, yoga, meditation, massage, facials, sound bath and activities are complimentary along with an additional gifted service to be used at a future date.

Book your wellness retreat in advance. Together we will pick a theme and organize the schedule to incorporate yoga lessons, meditation, crafts/activities, food options/snacks, swag bag/gifts and discussions.
