




Wellness Coaching
I currently offer Wellness Coaching services under the three wisdom traditions of Ayurveda, Yoga philosophy and western psychology.

As a wellness coach I will be your mentor and advocate for health and wellness. Together we can create a plan to balance your mind, body and soul using a variety of tools. I will empower you to tap into your motivation and achieve your personal health goals. These goals can range from losing weight, eating healthier, improve sleep, reduce stress, and finding the joy by living in the moment.

Wellness coaching includes:

Consultation and Dosha Quiz
Take a Dosha quiz and discover your Dosha to identify your unique blend of the elements. According to Ayurveda, each person is born with a unique, unchanging combination of three dosha’s. Once your balance of your dosha is understood, you will be able to cultivate a lifestyle regimen that best suits your needs and leads you to a healthy mind and body.

Wellness assessment
After evaluating your current lifestyle and needs and/or conerns, I will offer valuable tools and practices that promote a healthy change physically, mentally, and emotionally. Together we can review ways to adopt positive changes that support your goals for inner and out health.

Six Sessions
Once we are ready, together we create a base schedule that includes the tasks, activities, techniques and practices that encourage a positive change for body, mind and soul. We will work together through six sessions leading to self-regulation and resiliency as well as adaptability.
