Sound Healing

Sound healing or sound therapy has an amazing ability to heal everything that disrupts the balance in the body, heart, and mind.  Studies have shown that sound therapy can reduce stress, anxiety, help with depression and aid in falling asleep. Over time, these therapies can also help you change your brainwaves—the patterns of electrical activity. This is why sound therapy has been used for years to help people improve their mental health, overcome insomnia and generally improve their quality of life. â€‹

In The 1970's, research has found sound could induce specific brainwave states by playing various tones on a singing bowl.  People have been using sound vibrations for thousands of years to heal various illnesses and to return the body and mind to its natural state.

As a sound healer, I conduct sound baths by using various instruments to create vibrational frequencies to relax, calm, and heal.
